Article 1, Section 2.a.ix of the CFS and CFS-Services’ bylaws set out that the CFS, CFS-Services and applicable provincial component membership fees are adjusted each academic year by the rate of change in the Canadian Consumer Price Index (CPI) during the previous calendar year.
